"How to Raise Stress Resilient Kids" with Gregory Ramey, Ph.D.

Plan to join Gregory Ramey, Ph.D., child psychologist Tuesday, October 15th at 7 p.m. in the Library Meeting Room as he presents “How to Raise Stress Resilient Kids”.
 
Dr. Ramey will give a brief introduction to the topic, to be followed by a discussion with the audience.  He will be utilizing the interactive “Turning Point” technology to solicit feedback from the audience throughout the workshop.  Dr. Ramey’s visit is part of OAKWOOD READS, a community-wide reading event presented by Wright Memorial Public Library and the Oakwood City Schools.

The Affordable Care Act: What you need to know.

Wright Library will be hosting an information session on the Affordable Care Act Tuesday, October 8th, at 7 p.m. in the Library Meeting Room.
 
Greg Pfander, Account Executive from local firm McGohan Brabender, will present an overview of the Affordable Care Act.  Mr. Pfander will talk about where we are now in the process and explain how enrollment will work.
